Another 10 days have passed. No problem with the insoles. And I don’t really foresee any problems. I’m totally used to wearing them. Actually, as I was heading out yesterday, I forgot to put them in the shoes and I felt their absence right away. I came right back and put them in…no kidding…it’s much better having them in the shoes. I don’t feel the wedge as something extra anymore, but as something that is supposed to be there.
My knees are definitely better..not totally OK yet – they still make a bit of noise, but the good news is my problem knee (the right one) definitely doesn’t hurt anymore. It hasn’t for a while now. I guess my foot muscles have also strengthened a bit more because, when I stand up or walk barefooted, my ankles don’t roll in anymore and I think I can actually see a bit of an arch.
Well..it has been less than a month since I bought the insoles and, so far, I’m happy with the purchase. No April fools’. I’ll keep you posted.
